On Friday January 16, 2015, the Obama Administration made recommendation to the Cuban Assets Control Regulations.  Please see the Federal Registry.

On Wednesday December 17, 2014, President Obama said the United States will be “normalizing relations” with Cuba.  However, this does not mean you could travel to Cuba on your own if you are an American citizen expecting to travel to Cuba directly from the United States.  The current law requires every American citizen and resident to travel to Cuba with a license and does not permit recreational vacationing in Cuba.  Americans still must travel with a licensed organization such as Cuba Life Travels, LLC in order to visit Cuba

We will keep our travelers updated with all developments as they occur.
