Cuba is a Caribbean country so the weather is always warm. The best times to travel are from September to June. The summer months may be too hot for some.
What should I pack?

Will I be subject to any taxes?
There is a Cuban departure tax in the amount of $ 25.00 cuc (Cuban unit convertible) . Please be sure to have this amount available to pay the departure tax in Cuba. This amount is now being charged and paid prior to departing for Cuba.
What currency is used in Cuba?
Cuba uses two (2) currencies simultaneously: the National peso and the CUC (Convertible Unit Currency). You may exchange money at the airport, hotel or Cadeca.
